Some recent works:
These are pictures of daughters of a friend. Savannah just finished high school and Mary Alice completed the 8th grade.
These pictures were taken in April 2009 early on a Saturday morning when a dense fog blanketed Mobile. I had been waiting for months to take these pictures, waiting for the fog!
Overlook Presbyterian Church hosted an East Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4th. Click the link to see pictures of that event. It is a slide show so sit back and enjoy.

Last Saturday, we went to Troy for the final football game of the season. We were outside the library where I found a group of young people skateboarding. they were jumping from the sidewalk over a set of steps to the sidewalk about 6 feet below. Needless to say, i grabbed my camera and went to work.
I set the camera to "burst" mode which means it will take 6.5 pictures per seconds. I shot about 150 pictures in just a few minutes as these young folks risked their necks for my camera.
Under ideal circumstances, one can take the pictures and view them rapidly in sequence and nearly have a movie. My goal was dramatic shots of them in the air and I tried to find the best for this gallery.
